We decided to let Allie go back to daycare today since she recovered well from her surgery. This left me at him with Kaiya for the first time by myself for the first time during the ENTIRE maternity leave. I have been looking forward to it only because with Allie being here - I find myself feeling super guilty for spending so much time with Kaiya that I feel like I'm compromising the time that I should really be relishing with her. I do spend a lot of time with Allie, but I'm not able to give her my full attention just yet and I can tell that she gets SUPER bored while she's here at home. At least at daycare, she's interacting with other kids, she's doing art projects and she's being mentally stimulated.
So while I'm left at home with my own thoughts....here's what I managed to do with my iPhone during a feeding....i kinda liked them!!
And I had to end the post with this little chubby grin!!
