Day 2 - Hospital stays are lonely and boring

Because I'm an awesome wife....(hehehe), I told Brad to go home and get some rest. There was really no need for him to stay with me at the hospital on the uncomfortable couch being woken up every few hours by nurses and other random people coming in to check on me!

Brad and my mom brought Allie by after they picked her up from daycare, so we all got to hang out for a bit. Allie keeps asking me if I'm sick since I'm in the hospital and keeps asking to see "Mommy's doctor!"

During my downtime - which there was A LOT of - (guess I should've been resting!) I got a bit bored...so I took a few pictures.

Kaiya is soo stinking tiny...compared to her big sister, Allie. I think I'll nickname her Runt...

There was a lot of downtime, but it allowed me to rest, put things into perspective and really count my blessings! I was given the thumbs up to be released today...but with all the things that I got to think about during this downtime...I decided to stay another night! :-)
