Day 111 - Off to the doctor

Today was another PT appointment for Kaiya. Brad took her this time and although her head is still measuring in the moderate (measured as a 12) - she hasn't gotten worse! Her neck seems to be less stiff, but we are to continue doing what we are doing.

Kaiya's cold isn't getting any better and has now developed a cough. I am so paranoid about pertussis or whooping cough (and really everything else known to man - I can't help but being overly cautious with these kids!) that I decided to take her to the doctor later this afternoon just to make sure.

Both Kaiya and Allie were cleared by the pediatrician with just a common cold. Lungs and ears were clear!

While we were getting ready to go - I had to snap this photo of Kaiya and her head immobilizer. This is something that the PT recommended to help stabilizer her head while she's in her carrier to help with the dent and the neck...

I think it's mean. It just makes her look like she has GINORMOUS ears!!
